This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as a user of the Site (hereinafter defined as you, your, User or buyer, as the case may be) and Freedom Stream.

This is the Privacy Policy governing your use of the Freedom Stream (a “Site”) and the collection, use, transfer and processing of your Collected Information by Freedom Stream and our affiliates (collectively referred to as “Freedom Stream “, “we” or “us”). By using this Site, you consent to our Privacy Policy set out below. All terms not defined in this document have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use Agreement between you and Freedom Stream.net which by use of this Site you agree to accept.

Freedom Stream Terms and Conditions :

Your access to and use of Freedom Stream is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the services, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Service.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

1 The services are provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy.

2 To the extent permitted by law, Freedom Stream will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

3 Freedom Stream makes no warranty that the functionality of the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive. Your Freedom Stream Scissor can download additional applications.

Viewing Restrictions:

Freedom Stream provides services to you solely for viewing, use and enjoyment in a private area.

You agree that no services provided to you will be used or viewed in areas open to the public, commercial establishments, or other residential locations for residential accounts. Commercial accounts are exempt from this.

Services may not be rebroadcast or performed, and admission may not be charged for listening to, using, or viewing any services. This applies to both residential and commercial account type(s). An attempt to rebroadcast a stream will result in an immediate termination of your account.

If your services are used or viewed in an area open to the public, a commercial establishment, or another residential location, we may disconnect your services with no refund. Unless you have a commercial account. Commercial accounts can broadcast in an open environment.

Programming Restrictions. Certain services, including without limitation, some subscription services, sporting events and broadcast network Services, may be blacked out in your viewing area.

Minimum Programming Levels: Freedom Stream reserves the right to require and/or change minimum programming requirements at any time. For example: BAN/REMOVE/CHANGE, and without limitation, Freedom Stream may require a minimum commitment term.

Payment Information: Freedom Stream will share your Payment Information with banks relevant to the transaction in order to enable transactions to be completed. In addition, Freedom Stream may use Payment Information to determine your creditworthiness, and, in the process of such determination, Freedom Stream may make such Payment Information available to banks or credit agencies. While Freedom Stream has in place up-to-date technology and internal procedures to guard your Payment Information against intruders, there is no guarantee that such technology or procedure can eliminate all the risks of theft, loss, or misuse. Freedom Stream shall not be liable to you or any other person for any damages that might result from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure, or any other misuse of Payment Information, including credit card information.

Payments and Billing:

• Rates and Prices. You acknowledge that the nature of the service furnished, and the rates and charges have been communicated to you. You are aware that Freedom Stream reserves the right to change the rates and charges specified in “Other Fees”.
• Payments. You agree to pay Freedom Stream at the time you order. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable, with the exceptions outlined in the section below, even if your services are suspended, terminated, or transferred prior to the end of the term of service. Freedom Stream expressly reserves the right to modify pricing through email notification and/or notice on its service.

• Refunds. We do not offer refunds on hardware that has been opened an activated. If a unit is dead on arrival, we will replace the unit once you ship the defective unit back to us. We highly suggest you purchase shipping insurance when you check out. There are no refunds are services what-so-ever. Once a paid account is activated, refunds are not an option. We highly suggest you take a free trial of our service before committing to a non-refundable paid account

• Hardware Warranty: If you unit arrives defective within the first 30 days of activation or fails, we will replace your hardware at no charge. If your hardware fails after 30 days, the hardware replacement cost is $99.95. We strongly suggest you take out the advanced warranty when checking out as it may not be applied after order has shipped.
  
  

BAN POLICY:

TO IMPROVE SERVER QUALITY, WE MONITOR EACH ACCOUNT FOR RE-STREAMING. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE AUTO-BANNED IF FOUND.

1.The end-user attempts to enter credentials on more clients than subscribed: it is an automatic MAC address, permanent ban,
2.When a end-user attempts to log in more devices than the account is provisioned for: it is an automatic MAC address, permanent ban,
3.If a Freedom Stream Scissor add-on box is used at a different location than the main box: it is an automatic MAC address, permanent ban,
4.If you attempt to re-stream our services: it is an automatic MAC address, permanent ban.

• Channels list agreement

The channel continues to grow and service providers are updating channels according to buyer feedback and server stability,
Service providers will occasionally add some channels according to market needs, and service providers delete unwatched or problematic channels

Additional Terms and Conditions:

Freedom Stream does NOT provide television service, broadcast, restream 3^rd party content, store content, or other media that could be considered television or video. We are a hardware provider that includes pre-subscribed services to end users.

You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.
