Refund and Returns Policy

We’ve recently changed our return policy, and this applies to orders made on or after October 24th, 2021: 

Freedom Stream will accept a return from a customer under the following circumstances: 

  • In the event that the Freedom Stream Scissor arrives defective and has not been activated, the customer can request a replacement unit to be shipped (we’ll expedite this to you) or a full refund.
  • In the event that the Freedom Stream Scissor arrives in working condition, but fails within the first 30 days, Freedom Stream will replace the Freedom Stream Scissor. 
  • In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the Freedom Stream Scissor within the first 30 days, we will accept the return but a 20% restocking fee will apply. 
  • In the event that the customer purchases an extended warranty, and the Freedom Stream Scissor fails within the first 364 days of service, we will ship a replacement Freedom Stream Scissor to you.

The Returns Process: 

If we accept a return from you, we’ll also issue you a RMA number. The RMA number MUST
