If tech support has directed you here or has sent you this article – you’re reading this because we need to re-enter the username and password into the app. By performing the following steps, you’re removing all remnants of your account and will need to reenter your information. Please have your Welcome email handy. You’re going to need it.
Sometimes we need to do this when you’re transitioning from a trial account to a paid account. In either case, please perform the following on your Firestick.
- From the FireStick Main Menu, open settings
- Then open Applications
- Click Manage Installed Applications
- Scroll down to the Freedom Stream App
- Select the option for Clear Data and then Press OK
- Select the option to Clear Cache
Power off and on your Television.
When your FireStick is completely restarted and you’re back at the main menu, please re-open the Freedom Stream App. You’ll now be prompted to re-enter your username and password.
